The content below this paragraph shows how Survey Builder will appear to your administrators. The example shows slots for all single and multiple answer questions entered on the previous page. We've removed the back and preview buttons referenced in the text, check the link How Questions Are Presented to see how it would look when Previewed. Click Submit to see the how the Survey Builder works, if required fields are not entered, error messages will display. If all required fields are entered, the message Record Modified is displayed.
To complete the process of setting up your survey questions, use the edit boxes below to report the answers to your questions.
Each of the single answer and multiple answer questions you entered on the first page will be displayed below. Under each question you must enter the answers to the question.
For example, if your question has five blank answers you will need to type five answers into the edit boxes below.
Note: If you have made a mistake and need to increase or decrease the number of answers for a question, click the ‘Back’ button to make changes to the ‘Number of Answers’ you reported on the first page.
Also Note: Be sure to use some method of nomenclature, such as ‘a.’, ‘b.’, ‘c.’, in front of your survey answers to make it easier for survey respondents to read the answer choices.
If you are satisfied with the answers you have prepared, as well as the questions on the first page, click the ‘Submit’ button to send your questions to the survey administrator for review.
Once you have submitted your answers, you can see how they will look on a web page using the ‘Preview’ button located at the bottom of this page.
A survey administrator must approve your survey questions and answers before they will be published to the Internet. You will be notified by the survey administrator if there are any problems with the survey questions you have submitted.
