Message Tracker has been used to keep a secure, mineable record of communications between sites and their partners. This tool provides an email like interface to send, receive, review, and reply to messages without having to purchase or set-up an email system. All messages are written to and stored in the database.

Features of the Message Tracker system include -
  • configurable message types.
  • can be used with Microsofts IIS on Windows NT or Windows 2000, or Chilisoft ASP on multiple operating systems including Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP Unix and Windows.
  • can be used with multiple databases, MS Access, SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL and mSql.
  • messages cannot be deleted or moved to an incorrect folder.
  • scalable, comes with Stored Procedures for writes for databases that support them.
