We support all of our packages and tools. All registered users need only
sign in to contact us using our Message Tracker, and to gain acces to all
the FAQ's and other relevant information. The Message Tracker keeps a
history of all correspondance, so answers can always be referred to.
Higher levels of support allow for phone support 8 hours a day. Calls received
outside of normal support times are returned first thing the next morning. As we
grow we will add hours and 800 number support. Please see the specific product
for relevant support options.
A subscription service is available for our Payroll component customers,
this service provides yearly updates of the withholding tables.
Our Tools and Packages have been in use for at least three years, so service
packs are rare, but are of course included in the purchase price of all tools
and packages.
Most enhancements are available free to registered users. We will never require
purchase of a newer version to continue to receive support.
