Each of these packages can be used alone for specific uses, or can be integrated into an entire support system. Accounting Package The RA Associate Accounting Package is currently being utilized by companies generating more than $70 million in annual revenue. It is a sophisticated accounting system utilizing double entry. It can handle multiple companies, using the main company as the cost center that splits overhead and other costs and other income among child companies. It's core packages are the Corporate Maintenance component and the General Ledger component. Components for Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Payroll, and Advalorem(property tax), Credit Card Income and Oil/Gas income are also available. Contact Manager The Contact Manager can be run as a stand-alone application, or in conjunction with our Sales and Hours Tracker packages. The package can import and export data to Outlook, Goldmine, Act and all Palm software based PDA's allowing for power and ease of use. More info here: Contact Manager Sales Package The Sales Package is designed efficiently track sales opportunities by client. When used in conjunction with the Accounting Package’s Receivables component, a dynamic sales tool emerges. A simple click on the “Opportunity” page, for example, creates the receivables entry. Combining this component with the Accounting Package’s Receivables component allows the receivables entry to be created with just a simple click on the Invoices page.
