Hours Tracker is an easy to use system to track employees time spent on projects. Incorporating all the functionality of our Contact Manager, the Hours Tracker tracks projects, generates invoices that, when used in with our Accounting Package, can be posted to Accounts Receivable with just a click of the mouse

With the Hours Tracker you can:

Carry a virtually unlimited number of projects
Assign employees to projects
Set and change employees hourly rate by date
Record hours in any increment
Generate client invoices
Generate hours reports for internal use or for attaching invoices
Report on hours by employee, or by project
Report hours to be invoiced
Report on all unpaid invoices or select by year, company, or project
Report on all invoice payments or select by year, company, or project
Report on all paid invoices by date paid or date invoiced, or your can report by year, company, or project
