Advalorem is an optional component used to define your properties, the taxing entities for the properties, the yearly tax bills for a property, enter checks, post bills and checks to the General Ledger, and run a number of reports.

Features of the Advalorem system include -

a virtually unlimited number of properties and taxing entities.
write manual or computer printed checks. Computer printed checks print with words.
report on checks by taxing entity and/or time frame.
report on upcoming tax bills for a user determined time frame and/or limit to a taxing entity indicating cash requirements.
